I was a bit skeptical in the beginning, I have to confess, about having a US person come over to a European country with the cultural differences. Probably more money is wasted on advertising than in any other form of media in the United States, or anywhere. People spend money on advertising and have no idea what they are doing. So if you can get a firm that specializes in condo residencies and sales of condos that knows how to identify the market and how to identify the buyers and find them, you are going to be much more ahead than your competition.
